Choose from leg or shoulder roasts, rib or loin or shoulder chops, shanks, and ground, as well as liver and kidneys (c’mon, you know you love them!) Prices range from $12.00 to $20.00 per pound depending on cut. Four chops come per frozen package, two shanks per package, one pound ground per package, and leg roasts available half or whole.
